Nearly all of the Puget Sound housing market area is a seller’s market for yet another month as of May 2012, according to heat maps published by Windermere based on MLS numbers. In the following maps red is a seller’s market with less than 3 months of inventory remaining, yellow is a balanced market with 3 to 6 months of inventory, and green is a buyer’s market, with over 6 months of housing inventory available.
